Planting that belongs.
Native and climate-adapted species first — for lower water use, real biodiversity, and a landscape that thrives without constant intervention.
Green Army began as a landscaping crew in Kolhapur and grew into a studio that designs, builds and maintains public green spaces — from flower festivals to full urban parks — across India.
We started with a simple belief: a city's green spaces are civic infrastructure, not an afterthought. Every project we take on — a festival, a park, a private garden — is judged by the same measure: does it bring people back outside?
Today that means running planting programmes with native species, structuring long-term maintenance contracts with municipal partners, and building festivals that turn unused land into destinations.
Native and climate-adapted species first — for lower water use, real biodiversity, and a landscape that thrives without constant intervention.
Every park and garden we deliver comes with a maintenance plan — so the work still looks like the render five years later.
Footfall, canopy cover, species return — every partnership gets a quarterly report, not just photos.
Partnerships, projects, or just a conversation — we'd like to hear from you.
